Before installing the device, choose an appropriate location following these guidelines:

  1. Ensure proper sticker orientation — the side with the sticker should face the sky for optimal GPS and network signal reception.
  2. Securely attach the device — mount it on a stable surface to prevent it from falling.
  3. Avoid signal interference — do not install the tracker under metal surfaces or in enclosed areas that may obstruct signals.
  1. Attach the mounting bracket to the selected surface.
  2. Secure the device to the bracket using the provided screws.
  3. Verify the LED indicators (see table below).

Important: Sensors must be turned on before mounting.

The temperature and humidity sensor can be installed anywhere inside the trailer based on customer preference — front, middle, or back of the trailer.

  • Configure temperature thresholds in the RouteMate app.
  • Set alert notifications for critical deviations.

The door sensor must be placed in two parts:

  • One part attached to the door.
  • The other part attached to the top frame beside the door.

To verify correct installation: the green light on the main unit should flash when the door opens or closes.
