RouteMate Mobile App

Welcome to the RouteMate mobile app — your all-in-one companion for staying compliant and connected on the road. Whether you are a long-haul driver or run regional routes, this app is designed to make your day easier and keep you on the right side of HOS regulations.

The RouteMate mobile app puts everything you need right at your fingertips:

  • Track your Hours of Service (HOS) — See your remaining driving time, shift time, break time, and cycle time at a glance with live countdown clocks.
  • Manage your duty status — Switch between On Duty, Off Duty, Sleeper Berth, Driving, and other statuses with a single tap.
  • View and manage your loads — Check your assigned dispatches, update load details, and keep your shipping documents organized.
  • Perform vehicle inspections (DVIR) — Complete your pre-trip and post-trip inspections directly in the app, with the ability to report and track defects.
  • Manage your documents — Upload, view, and organize important documents like fuel receipts, bills of lading, and more.

The app connects to the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) installed in your vehicle via Bluetooth. Once paired, the ELD automatically records your driving time, engine hours, odometer readings, and GPS location — so you do not have to worry about manual tracking while you are behind the wheel.

No signal? No problem. The RouteMate app works even without an internet connection. Your duty status changes, logs, and inspections are all saved locally on your device. When you regain connectivity, everything syncs automatically with your fleet manager’s system. You will not lose any data.

Tip: Even without internet, the app continues to record your HOS data and duty status changes. Just make sure your Bluetooth connection to the ELD stays active.
