Completed Loads

The Completed Loads view is your historical record of all shipments that have been finished. Use this page to review delivery details, verify completion data, and export records for billing, auditing, or performance analysis.

To access completed loads:

  1. Navigate to Dispatch > Completed Loads from the main menu.
  2. The list displays all loads with a status of Completed or Delivered.

Each entry shows a summary of the load, including:

  • Load number — The unique identifier for the shipment.
  • Customer — The customer or broker associated with the load.
  • Driver — The driver who completed the delivery.
  • Vehicle — The truck and trailer used.
  • Origin and destination — Pickup and delivery locations.
  • Completion date — When the load was marked as delivered.

Click on any completed load to open its full detail view. The detail panel includes:

  • Delivery confirmation — Proof of delivery information, including who signed for the freight and when.
  • Timestamps — A complete timeline showing when each stop was reached, when loading and unloading occurred, and when the load was finalized.
  • Actual vs. scheduled times — Compare the planned pickup and delivery windows against the actual times to evaluate on-time performance.
  • Route information — The path the driver took, with key locations and mileage data.
  • Documents — Any attached proof-of-delivery receipts, signed bills of lading, photos, or other supporting files.
  • Notes and remarks — Comments from the driver, dispatcher, or customer related to the load.

Tip: Check the actual vs. scheduled times regularly to identify patterns. If certain lanes or customers consistently cause delays, you can adjust your planning and set more realistic expectations.

The completed loads list offers several ways to find the records you need:

  • Search by load number — Enter a specific load number to find it instantly.
  • Filter by date range — Narrow the list to loads completed within a specific time period.
  • Filter by driver — See all loads completed by a particular driver.
  • Filter by customer — Review delivery history for a specific customer or broker.
  • Filter by vehicle — Find all loads that were hauled by a specific truck.
  • Sort by completion date — Order the list chronologically, with the most recently completed loads at the top.

Tip: When preparing invoices, use the customer filter combined with a date range to quickly pull up all deliveries for a billing period.

You can export completed load data for record-keeping, reporting, or integration with your accounting systems.

  1. Apply any filters you need to select the records you want to export.
  2. Click the Export button at the top of the list.
  3. Choose your format:
    • CSV — A spreadsheet-compatible format that works with Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
    • PDF — A formatted report suitable for printing or archiving.
  4. The file downloads to your computer.

The export includes all visible columns and any applied filters, so you get exactly the data set you need.
