Viewing Your Loads
The Dispatch section of RouteMate shows all the loads assigned to you. From here you can see what is coming up, check the details of your current load, and review loads you have already completed.
Accessing Dispatch
Section titled “Accessing Dispatch”Tap the Dispatch tab in the bottom navigation bar of the app. This takes you directly to your loads list.
Two Views: Active Loads and Completed Loads
Section titled “Two Views: Active Loads and Completed Loads”The Dispatch screen is organized into two views that you can switch between:
Active Loads
Section titled “Active Loads”This is the default view. It shows all loads that are currently assigned to you and still in progress. These are loads where you have not yet delivered to all stops.
Completed Loads
Section titled “Completed Loads”Switch to this view to see loads you have finished. This is helpful when you need to look back at a past delivery for reference — for example, to check a BOL number or confirm a delivery time.
Tip: If you cannot find a load you are expecting, make sure you are looking at the correct view. New loads appear under Active Loads.
What Each Load Card Shows
Section titled “What Each Load Card Shows”Each load in the list is displayed as a card with key information at a glance:
- Load number — The unique identifier for the load.
- Stop information — A summary of your pickup and delivery stops, including city and state.
- Status — The current status of the load (for example, whether you are en route, at a stop, or have completed it).
Viewing Full Load Details
Section titled “Viewing Full Load Details”To see everything about a specific load:
- Tap the load card you want to review.
- The full details screen opens, showing:
- All stops in order (pickups and deliveries)
- Addresses and appointment times
- Stop status (completed, in progress, or upcoming)
- Shipping documents and instructions (if provided by your dispatcher)
From the load details screen, you can begin the check-in and pickup or delivery process for each stop.
Note: Stops must be completed in order. You cannot skip ahead to a later stop without finishing the ones before it.
