Welcome to the RouteMate Web Dashboard documentation! Whether you are a fleet manager keeping tabs on your drivers, a safety manager reviewing compliance, a dispatcher coordinating loads, or an admin setting up your company account, this guide will help you get the most out of RouteMate.
What You Can Do with the Web Dashboard
Section titled “What You Can Do with the Web Dashboard”The RouteMate web dashboard is your command center for fleet operations. From a single browser window, you can:
- Manage your fleet — Add and organize drivers, vehicles, trailers, and ELD devices.
- Monitor compliance — Review driver logs, Hours of Service clocks, violations, and certifications in real time.
- Track vehicles live — See every vehicle in your fleet on an interactive map with real-time location updates.
- Dispatch loads — Create and assign loads, track delivery progress, and manage your dispatch board.
- Run reports — Generate ELD, GPS, fuel, speeding, and compliance reports for any date range.
- Stay safe — Set up alerts, geofences, speed thresholds, and safety scorecards to keep your fleet operating safely.
User Roles at a Glance
Section titled “User Roles at a Glance”RouteMate supports several roles so that each person on your team sees exactly what they need:
| Role | What They Can Do |
|---|---|
| Fleet Manager | View the dashboard, monitor drivers and vehicles, review compliance, run reports |
| Fleet Admin | Everything a Fleet Manager can do, plus manage drivers, vehicles, devices, groups, and company settings |
| Dispatch Manager | Access the dispatch board, create and assign loads, monitor delivery progress |
| Safety Manager | Review safety alerts, driver scorecards, speeding events, and compliance reports |
Tip: Your company admin controls which role you are assigned. If you need access to a feature you cannot see, reach out to your admin.
