Logging In to the RouteMate Web Dashboard

Your RouteMate web dashboard is where you manage your fleet, monitor compliance, and keep operations running smoothly. This guide walks you through signing in for the first time and every time after.

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge all work well).
  2. Go to your company’s RouteMate dashboard URL. This is typically https://yourcompany.routemate.us or a link provided by your company admin.
  3. You will see the RouteMate login page.

Tip: Bookmark your dashboard URL so you can get back to it quickly.

  1. On the login page, enter the email address associated with your RouteMate account.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Log In.

If your credentials are correct, you will be taken directly to the main dashboard.

Note: Your login credentials are created by your company admin. If you have not received login details yet, contact your admin to have an account set up for you.

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it right from the login page:

  1. Click the Forgot Password? link below the password field.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Send Reset Link.
  4. Check your email inbox for a message from RouteMate. It may take a minute or two to arrive.
  5. Click the reset link in the email. You will be taken to a page where you can create a new password.
  6. Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save (or Reset Password).
  7. Go back to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Tip: If you do not see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, try sending the reset link again or contact your admin.

If this is your first time logging in to RouteMate, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Change your password. If your admin gave you a temporary password, it is a good idea to change it right away. You can do this from your user menu after logging in.
  • Explore the sidebar. The left-hand navigation menu is your main way to move around the dashboard. Take a minute to click through the sections and see what is available.
  • Check your role. Your admin assigns a role to your account that determines what you can see and do. If something seems missing, it may be a permissions issue — reach out to your admin.
  • Use a desktop or laptop. The web dashboard is designed for larger screens. While it works on tablets, you will have the best experience on a desktop or laptop computer.
